In the midst of COVID-19 and due to global concerns around the virus, both local and international travel bans have been implemented by governing bodies worldwide. This specifically impacts travels to Moçambique, which results in planned visits to the country being either cancelled or postponed.
Hollard Moçambique acknowledges these concerns and offers customers who have already purchased a Hollsure Third-Party Insurance policy, a refund for the policy OR the opportunity to update the inception date of the policy.
The process is as simple as sending an email to Hollard Moçambique at info@hollard.co.mz – and our friendly staff will assist you by changing or cancelling the policy.
Please note: Unfortunately, Hollard Moçambique cannot simply reverse any charges immediately and therefore request customers to send their banking details, as well as the certificate number in the email. The refund will then be processed within 48 hours after we receive your request.
