Hollard Health proudly announces its ongoing support and sponsorship of the Tempus Benefits and Human Capital National Survey for 2024 and beyond. As the Platinum sponsor since the survey’s inception in 2021, Hollard Health remains committed to gaining even more insights into Mozambique’s HR landscape and best practices.

The Tempus Human Capital Survey, now in its fourth year, commenced in early August and is the largest of its kind in the country. It is structured into distinct Pillars, covering areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Work Environment and Culture, and the results reflect the opinions of HR leaders and a sample of employees from participating organizations. The feedback obtained gives a clear and objective picture of how organizations are operating in the country and highlights the key opportunities for employees and companies to thrive.

The survey has significantly expanded its impact since its inception, with an increasing number of participants—aiming for 250 companies in 2024, up from 200 in 2023 and 140 in 2021. The diverse participation from public sector, private sector, and NGOs underscores its growing influence across industries.

“The Tempus Human Capital Survey exemplifies a world-class approach to understanding local HR dynamics, driving continuous improvement in employee and employer engagement,” noted Bruna Quintas, Employee Benefits General Manager at Hollard Mozambique. This commitment aligns with Hollard Health’s mission of ‘Better Health for Better Futures,’ realized through modular medical insurance and wellness offerings to suit the unique needs of companies and their employees. The survey’s newer Pillar; Work-Life Balance, was introduced last year and complements Hollard Health’s dedication to wellbeing which is enabled through each member getting access to the cutting-edge HealthMov app, where a facial scan can monitor vitals and provide the key health metrics, like heart rate, breathe rate, stress levels and BMI to help members make healthier choices. HealthMov also allows for employers to see overall employee wellness patterns.

Lee-Ann Dobrescu, Head of Operations at Hollard Health, expressed enthusiasm about this year’s survey, stating, “Having a benchmark is an essential tool to ensure that Mozambican employers can compete in the global talent pool and retain their best people – it’s already been an exciting journey and we’re even more excited about the next three years with Tempus: learning, growing and making an impact.”

Hollard Health knows that in order to offer employers and employees the right health insurance for their needs, it’s vital to know what is needed. By supporting initiatives like the Tempus Benefits and Human Capital National Survey, Hollard Health is ensuring that those critical insights keep coming, now and into the future while reinforcing its commitment to empowering a healthier, more engaged workforce in Mozambique and beyond.
